That Sunday Funday party, IS GONNA BE EXPENSIVE.
You will find as you look over our Nightlife Calendar or your eye-sore-ing Facebook feed etc, that there’s a MILLION different things to see and do in our lovely sunshiny city this holiday weekend. But if you plan on indulging yourself in the endless spree of opportunities for daytime boozing and wearing out your last summer whites before it becomes faux pas, you better be ready to drop a serious slew of pretty pennies in the process.
However, this weekend, THINGS WILL BE DIFFERENT.
The BEST party going down this weekend has a stacked line-up of celebrated INTERNATIONAL DJ talent, a lux ocean-view rooftop locale, and *ENTRY IS FREE*
You’ve worked hard. You deserve to have fun, without having to buy a ticket in advance.
This weekend, EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS. DON’T PAY TO PLAY. Save your precious pennies for the booze & bubbly!
Enjoy a playfully laborious day in the sunshine, without having to buy a single pesky ticket. Enter FREEly and boogie endlessly to the combined basslines of globally-celebrated sounds at 3rd installment of the sexy & often soapy BUBBLE DISCO – going down at Firehouse Rooftop Lounge this Sunday over Labor Day weekend, courtesy of San Diego’s LoveLife fam.
The glass-always-to-the-fullest-of-the-full LoveLife collective has done it AGAIN and has graciously put together yet another fun & bubble-filled soiree.
And this time, they have stacked the line-up HIGH: With not one, BUT TWO incredible internationally-acclaimed dance-party-provoking bon vivants, each armed with their own fresh collections of contemporary audible addictions and destined future classics.
HERE THEY ARE. Your time-traveling tour leaders for the occasion will be Brighton’s brightest & internationally-toured MAXXI SOUNDSYSTEM and Aussie funky-tech-house-minded club-floor assailant LIGHT YEAR, each of whom are respectively known for their successful inner-club conquests across packed dance floors worldwide.
And when the two come together this Sunday, it will warrant a dual force of their combined super strengths: delivering an unparalleled & percussive day-long mix of floor-filling whimsy, heart-fluttering builds, and contagious crowd-wide delight.
Kicking off this Funday campaign early in the day will be resident Lovelife provocateurs JON DADON & BOYS DON’T DISCO, – who will be in charge of instigating the gratuitous cheap champagne pouring and giggly bubble-blowing fury, with their always trusted deliveries of warm salacious vibes and sun-drenched sounds.
LET’S RECAP. Bask in the sunshine of today, and prepare for a total bodily-boozing & mental-uplift into the sexy future of sound THIS Sunday at Firehouse’s rooftop lounge/liquored-up beachside utopia, with MAXXI SOUNDSYSTEM & LIGHT YEAR, presented by LOVELIFE’s ~ Bubble Disco.

More about MAXXI SOUNDSYSTEM
Arousing support across the BBC Radio 1 board from Annie Mac and ascertaining a coveted spot on Jaymo & Andy George‘s “FUTURE STARS OF 2012” hit list, MAXXI SOUNDSYSTEM has been on a global roll of well-deserved revelry. Successful releases on Nurvous Records, Jamie Jone’s HOT WAVES label and recent EP drop on needwant records, have landed MAXXI SOUNDSYSTEM on the radar of some of the world biggest EDM movers, including Maceo Plex, Danny Daze, Tensnake, Morgan Geist and Aeroplane to Tiefschwarz, Groove Armada, and Sasha. Not to mention, he’s toured the world’s top festivals and venues like Glastonbury, Glade Festival, Creamfields, Sankeys Manchester, Flux Leeds, Disco Bloodbath, Rex Club Paris, Athens and Fabric. And just earlier this month he co-headlined the Hypercolour Showcase in London, featuring arguably one of the world’s greatest dance acts, GROOVE ARMADA, and THE UK Garage god TODD EDWARDS. Clearly, MAXXI SOUNDSYSTEM has earned his membership in the very selective circle of dance music giants. His forthcoming release off Hypercolour both should be feverish anticipated, and is expected to RAISE THE BAR, once again.
See you in the sunshine, Mixsters. xx
