Make it Public: Confidential Wednesdays

So you’ve been sucked into the Gaslamp Wednesday “Industry Night Bermuda Triangle” (Side Bar, Voyeur, Syrah) a few more times than you’d like to admit to your boss – or to anyone for that matter. It’s time to mix things up a bit: Stay within your Gaslamp comfort zone and check out “Soul’d Out” at Confidential.

Post up on plush couches upstairs and get down on some late-night bites, $25 bottles of bubbly, and $100 Stoli vodka specials for you and your crew!  Tapas served at Confidential are very reasonably priced, where most are under ten dollars: The Bacon-Wrapped Parmesan-stuffed Dates, the Lemongrass Chicken Skewers, and the Cheeseboard with lots of fruit and candied walnuts, are all great tantalizing choices.

Close your eyes and sway to the sound as DJ Craig Smoove and DJs Dadon & RI, of the Starry Eyed Crew, will be throwing down deep soulful house all night long. These guys are some of my favorite break-out house DJs in San Diego so I’m expecting some killer beats, and as always with their entourage of peeps, a cool vibe to boot.
