[NEW] SAZON BOOYA – Moonlight EP

Following the massive response of their first EP that set the groundwork for their branded sound, Sazon Booya is tearing through the moombahsphere with even more reinforcement as to why they are a pioneering force within the genre.  Fresh off tours with the likes of Skrillex, Nadastrom, Dillon Francis, and 12th Planet, their minds are clearly ripe with inspiration and aspirations of what musical direction they will be taking next.

The EP starts off with the title track “Moonlight”, which might have turned out a little more commercialized than anticipated, but due to the publics receptiveness of moombahsoul, it proves to be a move in the right direction.  The smoothness of this track paired with the breathy vocals of Anna Yvette is a seamless marriage of skills, and a perfect introduction to a new sound.

“Get That Beat” also featuring Anna’s airy vocals, takes us somewhere between the moombah style we know and love, and moombahsoul.  Confusing our senses, Sazon incorporated progressive house chords, Spanish guitars, and piano breaks into this track, successfully blending their old sound with something more refined.

“In Your Eyes” hardly needs introduction or explanation, as it clearly marks why we love these boys so much.  Heavily pronounced percussion, deep drops, and grimy beats that’ll make you jump up and yell Spanish obscenities!  Yes; I think that about covers it!

Giving us one last slice of our preferred flavor, “Bombo Tiempo” is a high energy collaboration with ATL producer MUST DIE (also one to watch out for). A banger that flourishes all the spicy beats that currently hit the hardest around the globe, this track was molded perfectly for the masses as it hones into Sazon’s pure grime and their essence! Awakening all your senses to full awareness, this EP serves only as a teaser to the greatest treat that is about to hit cities nationwide; including our beloved San Diego in just ONE WEEK!

Making their way across the states on a mini “MOONLIGHT” tour, and finally touching down in sunny Cali, Sazon Booya will be headlining our next ¡¡BAJATON!! installment on Wednesday, December 7th, setting the perfect tone for our tropical infused party!  For those new to ¡¡BAJATON!!, this is definitely a session you will not want to miss, as Sazon is the perfect embodiment of what this monthly party headlines on: Latin-infused Moombahton and tropical bass!  The pairing of a moombahton duo that prides itself on Latin rhythms with legendary hypeman, MYSTEREO, and an added tropical duo like Black Tongues will ensure that this upcoming ¡¡BAJATON!! will be an all out, untamed RUCKUS!!
