Remix Worth Reminiscing: Don’t Stop Dancing Remix – EDC 2010

So we’ve already been over how especially magical Kaskade’s performance was this year at Electric Daisy Carnival. Well here’s a perfect footage of that memory: That has preserved a particularly special selection from Kaskade’s killer set, with, surprisingly, phenomenal sound and video quality.

A collaborative effort between Justin Michael (on Ultra Records w/Kaskade, Deadmau5, etc.) and Kemal has resulted in a gleefully swoon-worthy remix of Kaskade’s track “Don’t Stop Dancing”, which is precisely the listening selection you have been provided here. (Or after the Jump!)

In this clip you’re given the true raver-perspective: Glimpses of the pyrometrics, the gleaming, colorful bursts of LED lights, and the totally entrancing sound of Kaskade’s aurally luscious selections. This particular remix by Justin Michael and Kemal successful captures the essence of summertime festival feel-goodness: The delicious feeling of the moonlight breeze brushing against your cheeks as you close your eyes and become unavoidably enveloped in the heavy and deep pulsating embraces of unrelenting pounds and reverberations…. A sensation that couldn’t more perfectly reflect that being felt unanimously throughout the Coliseum during Electric Daisy Carnival.

I tried to find just a straight audio MP3 version of the remix; I scoured the internet, tried to bribe friends with all kinds of suggestive favors… BUT although we couldn’t supply an MP3, it appears we may have the EXCLUSIVE of this remix on the site, thanks to good friend of TheMixster.com Danny Dilworth — who, with an undying passion for photojournalism, ardently snuck his pro equipment into EDC.
