It’s a wonder how some unassuming warehouse located only God and a few straggler homeless people know where in the midst of Downtown Miami, managed to summon the world’s most notorious players in dance music. Only an event like HARD Miami could have pulled off an event of such ginormous proportions and literally call upon forces from the ultra triad of global EDM powers Ed Banger, Mad Decent, and Turbo Recordings. And the sold-out show resulted in a massively fun evening of proper sounds and the all-star players who delivered them.
All the LIVE HD videos from the evening after the jump!!!
Belgium-scientist by day/sonic production geniuses by night Mumbai Science kicked off the night with radiant techno, leading into a set by none-other than HARD’s almighty pioneer himself, DESTRUCTO.
Following Destructo, Brodinski took the stage and delivered an eclectic and heavy electro performance whose energy on stage transmitted immediately to the massive crowd during his set.
Busy P pioneer of the Ed Banger empire, also stepped out and gave the Hard Miami crowds a sparkly little house showcase.
Benga came out the gates running with full flavor to inject the evening with a much-needed bass-heavy kick, but with a light-hearted big room soulful twist.
Then, the EDM world’s most fascinating icon and the Mad Decent man himself, Diplo, came out and threw down a set true to his unusual crowd-wide booty-shakin’ form.
And, more Diplo. Why not?
Very fun night indeed. Thanks again to the PIE artists and HARD crew for taking good care of us and showing us a great time. Cheers!
